Better Paintings for Minecraft is a resource pack for Minecraft: Java Edition (made for version 1.18.x) that takes some of the blurrier and less distinguishable paintings from the game, and replaces their assets with redrawn pixel art I made based on the original real life paintings used to create the Minecraft textures.

The composition for some of these paintings have been altered for maximum visual comprehension, and some paintings also take elements from the assets in the game in small places, such as for the creeper.

Better Paintings for Minecraft is released under an Unlicense / Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal, so feel free to edit and share as you wish!
